How to Access the Income Tax Report?

The statements are available on Itaú’s Digital Correspondence Portal, a platform that allows you to view, print, and email your Income Statements. Access the portal by clicking here.

How do I make the first access?

• At the Portal, click on First Access;
• Type your CPF (individual taxpayer's register number) and date of birth (individual) or CNPJ (corporate taxpayer's ID) and date of foundation (legal entity);
• Choose the option to check your identity (telephone number or e-mail);
• If you can't find your telephone number or e-mail, contact Itaú's Call Center (Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) at +55 (11) 3003-9285 (capitals and metropolitan regions) or 0800 720 9285 (other areas);
• Type the code received via e-mail and/or telephone and create a password;
• Enter the CPF/CNPJ and the new password registered to access the portal.

Automated service

To receive additional advice on downloading the Income Tax Report, it's possible to send an e-mail with the title “#InformesdeRendimentos” to PreAtendimentoEscritural@itau-unibanco.com.br. After a few minutes, the e-mail is answered with a step-by-step on how to access the Digital Mailing Portal;
